LFCC Pickleball Pass 

Single Pass $150/Season or Family Pass $225/Season

The Lake Forest Pickleball season is from April 1st thru March 31st. Here are the many reasons why should consider a Pickleball Pass at Lake Forest:
You have the ability to reserve private court time, play socially or competitive, scheduled open play days, clinics, tournaments and additional fun activities are planned throughout the season. Lake Forest's Pickleball Club Representatives do a wonderful job keeping our Members & Pass Holders informed of important play information, aware of upcoming dates and are always available to answer any questions or concerns.


Pass Includes:

Unlimited play at our Pickleball courts throughout the season. Dining options at the Patio Grill and 19th Hole Lounge. 

*Dependent(s) under the age 25 & under and unmarried may utilize your family pass.

Important Pickleball Pass Holder Acknowledgements:

Website Login: As a pass holder, you have access to the Members Only section of our website and mobile app (Lake Forest CC), which provides you with additional information about the Club, the Club calendar, Club bylaws, Rules & Regulations, Pickleball Rules & Regulations, and Member Directory. Once your application is received and your profile has been created, you will be provided with your user login to access the private site. New pass holders will receive their new pass holder number along with any other necessary information after your online application has been processed. Your username to login to the website will be your pass number and your password will be your last name (all lowercase). You may change your password after your initial login. If you have questions or difficulty with your user login, please contact the Administration Office.
Pickle Planner: All members must register on https://lakeforestpickleball.pickleplanner.com/auth/register. This is important as this is the way information regarding pickleball will be sent out to the members (ex. court maintenance, closed for certain events, update on open play, etc.). In addition, all court reservations must be made through pickleplanner.com as well. Go to pickleplanner, make a profile, and select your Club (Lake Forest) to join. Your registration will be sent to Lake Forest for approval. You should receive an email within a day with your approval. Billing:  Pickleball Pass Holders will be required to submit their payment at the time of application. Payment may be made by dropping off, mailing a check or cash to the Club. You are also welcome to stop by the Club to make a payment with credit or debit card. Credit & debit card payments will incur an additional processing fee. Since Pickleball Pass Holders will not have monthly food minimums, there will not be monthly statements. Please note that Pickleball dues are non-refundable. See the Food & Beverage section for details on purchasing food & beverage at the Club. 

Food & Beverage: Lake Forest strictly prohibits members and pass holders from bringing non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages & food on Club premises (except for water) on days except for when the Club is closed (Mondays). We welcome you and your guests to dine at the Patio Grill, 19th Hole, and Pool Snack Shop during the season. Food and beverages may be purchased at the Patio Grill and 19th Hole and taken to the courts. Please refer to the flyer posted at the courts for the menu, pricing, and phone number if you would like to call in your order in advance. A 20% service charge is automatically added to all food and beverage purchases. All food & beverage will be purchased with a credit or debit card at the time of purchase. There is an additional 4% processing fee that is applied to all credit or debit card transactions.

Guests: Guest Fees are $5 per person and a guest may play up to 6 times per player per season. The Guest Fee Payment Box is located on the signage board outside of the Pickleball courts. We rely on the honor system for payments and we appreciate your honesty and cooperation in this matter. Pass Holders who do not pay for their guests may be subject to suspension. Family members of Single Pass Holders are considered guests. If you have are a Family Pass Holder, your spouse/partner and all family members ages 25 & under and unmarried are welcome to be included in your pass. Guests are always to remain with you while on Club premises.

Pickleball Club Reps: Our Club Reps do a wonderful job keeping our Pickleball Players informed of important play information, aware of upcoming dates and are always available to answer any questions you might have or should you need to bring anything to their attention.

Pickleball Rules & Regulations
  •  Pickleball courts are to be used only by Golf and Social Members, Pickleball Pass Holders, and their guests.
  • The Pickleball Pass is valid from April 1st through March 31st of the next calendar year. 
  • All guests must be accompanied by a Member or Pass Holder. Pass Holders may not entertain more than three guests at a time, unless approved by the Pickleball Committee. At times, guests may be further limited during Open Play days. 
  • A $5 guest fee will apply to Pass Holder guests. Pass Holders are responsible for collection and payment. The Guest Fee Payment Box is located on the signage board outside of the courts.
  • Guests may enjoy the privileges of the pickleball courts not more than six (6) times per calendar year. 
  • All level of players are welcome to participate during Open Play days and times. Open Play days and times are designation for fun for all. Please mix with all level of players. 
  • Open Play days and times will be posted at the courts.
  • Courts may be reserved when available. Except for special events and permanently approved groups. Courts cannot be reserved for more than three (3) consecutive hours at one time, nor can more than two (2) courts be reserved at one time. Courts may not be reserved more than one week in advance. All court reservations must be made on pickleplanner.com.
  • Member and Pass Holders must contact the Pickleball Committee for approval to host a special event.
  • Outside food and beverage is not allowed on Club property. Pass Holders are welcome to utilize the Patio Grill and 19th Hole for purchasing food and beverage using a credit card or debit card. 
  • Courts are to be used for pickleball only. All children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. Pickleball attire should reflect generally accepted fashion guidelines for the sport. Athletic shoes and shirts are required. 
  • The combination to the padlock is 2015. Before you leave, please return the court-side chairs to the gate entry side of the courts, clean up your area, and lock the gate when you leave.
  • Please park in the parking lot adjacent to the courts. If the lot is full, you may park in the main parking lot across the street. Please do not park on asphalt area near the court's gate or on the street. 
  • No dogs are allowed on Club property, which includes the Pickleball area. 
  • Pickleball equipment is available at the Golf Shop. It may be signed out by an adult Member or Pass Holder. Any damage incurred during use will be at your expense. 
NOTE: Failure to comply with the LFCC Pickleball Rules & Regulations could result in suspension or termination of your pass.
Waiver

I, for myself, my heirs or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge & covenant not to sue Lake Forest Country Club, its/their officers, employees, agents & volunteers from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injuries, accidents of illnesses (including death) and property loss arising from my participation in Pickleball or other use of Lake Forest Country Club facilities.

By typing your name in the “Applicant Signature” and/or “Spouse/Partner Signature” box, all parties and dependents agree to the terms of this online waiver and the important rules/acknowledgements listed above. PLEASE NOTE: The Spouse/Partner Signature is required on a Family Membership. You will receive a complete copy of this application, rules, acknowledgement, and online waiver by email to the email address you provided.
