Website Login: As a member, you have access to the Members Only section of our website and our mobile app (Lake Forest CC), which provides you with additional information about the Club such as your monthly statement, the Club calendar, Club bylaws, Member guidelines, and Member Directory. Once your application is received and your account has been created/reactivated, you will have access with your user login. New members will receive their new member number along with any other necessary information after your online application has been processed. You will use your login information to make a payment for your membership online. Your username to login to the website will be your member number and your password will be your last name (all lowercase). You may change this after your initial login. If you have questions or difficulty with your user login, please contact the Administration Office.

Billing Statements:  Statements are accessible online by the 3rd of the month and sent via e-mail. You can elect to pay by physical or electronic check, which is due to the Club by the 20th of each month. Payments received after the 20th of the month will be assessed a $25 late fee. Your monthly bill can also be paid each month through direct banking account deductions (ACH). If you have not elected to have your bills paid through ACH but would like to, please click on the link to fill out the ACH debit form after you complete this application. You will need to drop off your form to the payment drop box or mail it to the club to the attention of Kasey Van Meter, Administrator. Please review your statement each month, even if you expect to have no balance. You are responsible for any charges you incur and any applicable late fees. You must contact the Administration Office in a timely manner with any questions about your statement.

Food & Beverage: Lake Forest strictly prohibits members from bringing non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages & food on Club premises (except for water). Food and beverage will be served from the pool snack bar. Eating and drinking from or the use of any glass containers are prohibited in the pool area. We welcome you and your guests to dine at the Patio Grill and 19th Hole during the season. Food and beverages may be purchased at the Patio Grill. The Club’s policy is to comply with the laws of the State of Missouri as they pertain to the purchase, service, and consumption of alcohol. LFCC management reserves the right to cease service to any member or guest that has been deemed intoxicated. A 20% service charge is automatically added to all food and beverage purchases. Your guests may have their food and beverage charges billed to your account or they may pay with credit card at the Patio Grill or 19th Hole. There is an additional 4% processing fee that is applied to all credit card transactions.

Guests: Members must sign in the Guest on the Member sign-in sheet. Guest fees will be charged to adults and children ages 6 & up. Children ages 5 and below will not be charged a guest fee. The member will be charged the $8 fee for their guest on their monthly statement. No cash will be accepted. Guests are always to remain with you while on Club premises. Members will be held responsible for all charges incurred by their family members and guests. We rely on the honor system to charge guest fees, and we appreciate your honesty and cooperation in this matter. Members who do not register their guests may be subject to suspension.

Hours: The pool will be open from Tuesday through Sunday from, Saturday, May 25, 2024 (Memorial Day weekend) through Tuesday, September 3, 2024 (Labor Day weekend). The pool may be closed during inclement weather and periods of non-activity. Pool hours are from 11:00pm – 7:00pm Tuesday through Sunday. Dates and times are subject to change. The pool will be closed when a lifeguard is not present, unless otherwise posted. The pool may be closed for maintenance, health conditions, weather conditions, or due to any other reason deemed necessary by General Management. Download our Mobile App (Lake Forest CC - available on Apple & Android) to receive push notifications with pool updates. These updates will also be sent out via email.

Safety:  Lifeguards and LFCC management have authority to enforce compliance with the Rules and limit privileges for anyone violating the rules as to maintain a safe swim environment for everyone. Horseplay, including but not limited to, running, splashing, rough play, shoving or dunking, is not permitted. At the discretion of the lifeguard, water games or any group activity may be prohibited. Diving is not allowed in the shallow end of the pool. At the discretion of the lifeguard or LFCC management, improper behavior, including but not limited to profanity, excessive noise or intoxication is prohibited. Floatation devices, beach balls, frisbees, and other swimming accessories are permitted in the pool ONLY during low usage times and at the discretion of the lifeguard. The pool must be cleared immediately in the event of thunder or lightning or as instructed by the lifeguard(s) or LFCC management.

Children: Children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or other accompanying adult and are responsible for the safety and welfare of their children at all times. In addition, if required by the lifeguard, any swimmer must pass a swimming test before being allowed in the deep end of the pool. Non-swimming children must always be supervised. The wading pool is for children six years of age and under. There will be no lifeguard supervision at the wading pool. Untrained children must wear ‘water wings’ or lifejacket.

Attire: Members are expected to use discretion in the selection of swimming apparel. Proper swim cover-ups must be worn if leaving the pool area and walking around on Club premises. Walking around in swimsuit top or bottoms with only a towel wrapped around the waist outside of the pool area is strictly prohibited. If you plan on dining at the Patio Grill or the 19th Hole, clothing must be worn per Club policy. 

Miscellaneous: Towels WILL BE provided by the club. You are still more than welcome to bring your own towel, if you would like. LFCC is not responsible for personal valuables and other articles. Radios and other audio equipment at the pool should be kept at a low volume not to disturb others. 

I, for myself, my heirs or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge & covenant not to sue Lake Forest Country Club, its/their officers, employees, agents & volunteers from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injuries, accidents of illnesses (including death) and property loss arising from my participation in use of Lake Forest Country Club facilities.

By typing your name in the “Applicant Signature” and/or “Spouse/Partner Signature” box, all parties and dependents agree to the terms of this online waiver and the important rules/acknowledgements listed above. You will receive a complete copy of this application, rules, acknowledgement, and online waiver by email to the email address you provided.
