Seasonal Pool pass Application
Single Pool Pass $400/year or Family Pool Pass $600/year
Our Seasonal pool membership will allow you access to the pool, and dining options at the Patio Grill and the 19th Hole Lounge only.
Lake Forest Country Club offers a seasonal pool pass beginning on Saturday, May 25, 2024 and ends the day after Labor Day, on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. No refunds are given on seasonal pool passes. Dependent(s) ages 25 & under and unmarried may utilize your family membership.
Online Instructions & Important information
The seasonal pool pass application is accessible online only this season. All new seasonal passholders must complete this online application. If you have a Nanny or Caregiver for your dependent(s), you must include their name on this application. You will need to list their name as "Nanny, Jane Smith." in addition to their date of birth. Should you not provide this information, your Nanny will be considered a guest and your account will be charged $8 each time they come to the pool. You must enter a spouse/partner name, phone number and date of birth (if applicable) in addition to name, date of birth and gender for each dependent(s) if you have a family. Failing to provide this information may delay the processing of your application. You must submit a current photo (family photo) to be included on your account in our software system. Please email your family photo in a jpg format to [email protected].
You will receive a complete copy of the application, rules, acknowledgements and online waiver by email to the email address you provide when you apply. Please double check all fields prior to submitting your application to make sure you have typed it correctly as you will not have the ability to resubmit this application.
All applications are subject to review by Lake Forest's Board of Directors. Membership has the right to deny applications according to the Club's Bylaws.
Once completed, our Membership Director will process your application. Please allow up to two business days for processing. Applications will be processed in the order they are received.
After your application has been accepted and your account has been created, you will receive a separate email providing you with your user login credentials for our Members only access to our website. You will use your user login information to access your account online. You are able to use this information to pay for your Pool Pass online via credit card. You are also welcome to drop off a check to the Club if you prefer to do so. Payment must be submitted ASAP, as your Pool Pass will NOT be finalized until payment has been received.
